Multi-tron

Multi-tron is the export module of Atron. The original Atron system first recognized waste using a camera, analyzed it, and then had a robotic arm handle the waste. However, Multi-tron features a camera mounted directly on the robotic arm, eliminating the need for a separate recognition unit, thereby optimizing space utilization. Additionally, Multi-tron incorporates two robotic arms within a single frame. Typically, one is a suction-type arm, and the other is a gripper-type arm. The suction-type arm handles general waste, while the gripper-type arm precisely processes items that the suction mechanism cannot handle, creating a complementary system. This setup can also be customized based on the conditions of the sorting facility. With Multi-tron, we have developed a robotic system that is not only suitable for large-scale waste sorting facilities but also adaptable for smaller environments such as airports, shopping malls, and residential complexes.
