AI...So, Where’s the Data?

Enterprises now demand in-house implementations of AI, which need massive data feeds for training and insights, especially of “unstructured” data such as emails and files. This poses serious challenges because: (a) it is difficult and expensive to store, access, search, and cull massive datasets of emails and files scattered across the enterprise, and (b) the unstructured data must also be governed for e-discovery, compliance, records, and privacy. In addition, AI training is now trying to scale with “SLM” and “RAG” approaches.
